Who we are

White Rabbit Truck is proud to be one of Southern California’s original Filipino fusion food trucks, serving bold, crave-worthy eats since 2010. What started as a shared dream among high school friends—Filipino Americans with roots in culinary arts, real estate, and a deep love for food—has grown into a SoCal staple.

It all began in a home kitchen, where countless nights of experimentation led to a menu that blends Filipino comfort food with Mexican and American street-style flair. After nearly a year of testing recipes with family and friends, White Rabbit Truck officially hit the streets on July 10, 2010.

From our fan-favorite Sisig Burrito to other reimagined classics, we fuse flavors from our childhood with the tastes of Los Angeles. In those early days, we were one of the few Filipino trucks in the game—and now, we’re proud to have paved the way for many more to share their culture through food.

Over the years, we’ve grown from one roaming truck to opening three brick-and-mortar locations, traveling from the San Fernando Valley to Hollywood, Downtown LA, and Orange County. The journey hasn’t been easy—long days, late nights, and holidays spent on the grind—but every step was fueled by passion and community.

Now under the ownership of Lucky Rabbit Holding, White Rabbit Truck is stronger than ever. We continue to share our heritage through food, reimagined for today’s streets. You can catch us at pop-up events on weekends or visit our upcoming online virtual store based in West Covina on weekdays.

At White Rabbit, food is more than just a meal—it’s how we stay connected to our culture and to each other.
